Become a Member

Rhema Media is an ‘incorporated society’ and it is important we have a strong voting membership base for the health and stability of the organisation.

Becoming a member helps support Rhema Media beyond purely financial means. It helps ensure Rhema Media has a good base of members providing a solid platform for the Incorporated Society’s governance and stability.

The membership determines who is on the Board and the Board in turn determines the policy and direction for the organisation. This means the members are vital in ensuring the organisation stays true to its mission and vision.

As a Member, you have the opportunity to vote at the Annual General Meeting and for Board members and other issues raised by the Board. To be eligible we need to know that you are a committed Christian and are attending a church fellowship.

To become a Member, we ask that you note the name or denomination of the church that you attend, and sign in agreement with our Statement of Faith and donate at least $84 per year.

You’ll receive a copy of Frequency, your quarterly update on how you are impacting lives through your Christian media ministry. Along with your complimentary copy of The Word For Today. In the months in between you will also receive a communiqué from Rhema Media’s Chief Executive

    Word For You Today is the writings of Bob and Debby Gass in The Word For Today, adapted for the next generation. Many readers share how they are able to reach out to peers with their learnings from the daily readings.

Statement of Faith

  • We believe in one God, eternally existing in three persons, the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.

  • We believe that the Bible is divinely inspired and therefore is infallible and entirely trustworthy, and is the supreme and final authority in all matters of faith and conduct.

  • We believe in the Lord Jesus Christ who is God revealed in human form, and we believe in his virgin birth, and his sinless life, his miracles and his atoning death.

  • We believe in the bodily resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, in his personal return, to consummate God’s Kingdom, and in God’s judgment of the world.

  • We believe that all have sinned and are therefore under God’s condemnation and are separated from him.

  • We believe that redemption from the penalty and the power of sin is possible only through the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.

  • We believe in the necessity of the work of the Holy Spirit to make the death of Christ effective for individual sinners, granting them repentance towards God and faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, and enabling believers to live holy lives and to witness and work for Christ.

  • We believe in the resurrection of all people, leading to eternal blessing for the believers and eternal punishment for unbelievers.

  • We believe that every believer is baptised into the Body of Christ by the Holy Spirit, and is responsible for keeping unity of the Spirit by loving one another with a pure heart.
