Thank you for your partnership. Because of you, your Christian media ministry has been a source of encouragement and hope across Aotearoa during a time of great distress nationally, connecting people with the truth of God’s love and the saving grace of Jesus.

As a nation New Zealand was shocked by the evil actions of one man on March 15th 2019 and many were scared and confused.

During this day and the days that followed, your support enabled the Christian message of hope, love and grace to broadcast right across this nation. Christian prayer, worship and scripture were broadcast around the clock, including a special day of prayer on the following Wednesday.

Many were comforted and encouraged by the messages of hope and love broadcast by your Christian radio and TV stations. Here’s an example of the difference you made during this time, from Carlineke, a listener to Rhema:

"I'm here in Christchurch... Thanks heaps and heaps for how Rhema handled the terrible tragedy we all experienced. I was jumping in the car that Friday to pick my boys up from school, turned on the radio and there is Rhema telling me to pray. So! Car off, head on steering wheel, pray! Then I stuffed back the fear and tears and picked up my boys. How great Rhema has been through the whole thing. I have praised God each day for his grace, love, praises and peace just pouring out of Rhema and Star."

Thank you for the part you played in comforting Carlineke. This is only possible because you believe in the difference Christian media can make in people's lives and invest into it.

While for some, the events so far this year have shaken them, as Christians, we stand firm in the knowledge that God is in control.

"No power in the sky above or in the earth below - indeed, nothing in all creation will ever be able to separate us from the love of God that is revealed in Christ Jesus our Lord." Romans 8:39 (NLT)

With your support, the name of Jesus Christ will continue to be lifted high and the airwaves will be filled with praise and worship to him, along with prayer for our nation.

"It is the same with my word.  I send it out, and it always produces fruit. It will accomplish all I want it to, and it will prosper everywhere I send it." Isaiah 55:11(NLT)

March 31st is Rhema Media’s financial year end and again we are so grateful to God for his provision for this ministry through your faithfulness. With the start of a new financial year, your Christian media ministry is focused on impacting this nation through reach and content.

Through radio, TV, online and printed media, together we get to reach into homes, workplaces, cars, prison cells, anywhere and everywhere people are, with the good news of Jesus Christ. The programmes go to people; people do not need to come to us.

Although your Christian media ministry has significant coverage already, the reach of each of your ministry’s brands is always being reviewed. New ways and opportunities to build and strengthen each brand’s reach are constantly being sought.

Sometimes the opportunities are not as obvious or straightforward as you’d hope but with prayer and determination your Christian media ministry will continue to grow. There are a couple of significant opportunities currently being worked on. One of these is the opportunity to get Life FM into Wellington. Please continue to pray for favour and breakthrough as we work through the negotiations and approval processes.

Of course, the best reach across our nation will only impact lives for Christ if there is great programming and content that is relevant to New Zealanders today. So it is essential to have a continued focused on developing new content and short documentary-style programmes to inform and encourage those who listen, watch and read; helping them to take their next right step in their journey of faith in Jesus Christ.

With God's favour and your partnership, your Christian media ministry will continue to be a beacon of light in Aotearoa, New Zealand. Thank you for being part of this mission to connect Kiwis to Christ through media.

God bless
